It is very important to me to be open-minded when approaching a new situation, knowing that all horse behaviour has a cause, which should be recognised and understood, to enable to develop a new method of handling. Learning is a constant process: For both humans and animals. I learn with every new project. My own knowlege is based on four decades of horse experience, whether in the keeping of horses, riding or training. I was once an owner of one of the first “open-yarding” methods in Germany, for which I have been distinguished. In addition to that, I am able to fall back on the knowlege and experience of different professional horsemen and women and virtuosi of riding skills of different riding styles, from Western to Barock.
